- We offer free shipping across PAN India, and we use the best and the most reliable shipping service providers for all our orders.
- The domestic shipping charges or any other taxes will be borne by us.
- The products will be shipped between Monday to Saturday, and your product should reach you within 7 working days.
- If you find any issue with the packing or if you find the package tampered or damaged, please write to us at support@rulerstar.com with the order ID and the contact details.
- The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
- If your order is cancelled or not accepted by us due to some circumstances after your payment is completed, the amount charged for the products will be refunded to you.
- If you want your product to be gift-wrapped and shipped, please write to us on support@rulerstar.com with the order ID and other details.
